Child Labor on Walt Disney??

Did you all know that in countries like Haiti where they manufacture Walt Disney Products they use kids to do that kind of job?. In the worst conditions you can think of, I saw a little movie on a web site where it recorded some of the sufferings and living conditions of these children. This happened in 1996 and in other countries around the globe.
Same thing happens with the well known american's favourite sneakers Nike, who they are known to exploit children and having them working in terrible conditions to sell their products in the USA.
What are your thoughts about all this?. Isn't funny that Walt Disney who is supposed to be a company for the children have to do something so low like this?  >:(

I think it is awful that the Disney company has been going down hill.  I don't think that the deceased Walt Disney would condone any of this.  The quality of Disney's enternainment has dwindled since his passing.

Who runs Walt Disney world now anyway? If it is a corporation, then I can see why this is happening as the underlying goal is not to make kids happy, but kids' parents pocket unhappy.

I believe it is wrong to use children for any kind of labor. It is inhuman. The United States should give the work to adults of that same country that they use children to do this work. Pay them a decent wage so they (the adults of that country) don't have to make their children work so the children could eat. Personally, the United States along with the major corperations should be held accountable and be made to stop this unethical treatment of the world's poorer population.
