BYU STUDENT TO EARN THREE DEGREES
PROVO, Utah - The last several years have been very busy for BYU student Matthew Durrant of Sandy, Utah. After finishing a Church mission to Brazil in 2001, he returned there for a three-month service internship, visiting impoverished diabetics and developing software for clinics. He is also an author and has translated a Web site for a Brazilian humanitarian organization. This week he will receive bachelor's degrees in mathematics and Portuguese and a master's in physiology and developmental biology. See Source
Now that is a return missionary. Everyone says a Return Missionary is one who returns with honour. But Matthew Durrant understands the meaning of Returning with honour. He has not only given honour to his Heavenly Father but to his family and the people he was in the midst of as a missionary. Awesome!
