Electronic Holy Water Dispenser

I just heard this on the news. Seems like a guy in Italy invented an Electronic Holy Water Dispenser that squirts out holy water when you place your hand under it. Since the Swine Flu epidemic Catholics have not been using the communal fountain so this keeps tradition. If you are a Catholic - do you think this is something good or makes things too 'modern'?
