Models & Actresses

You see in TV  a lot of models who don't have training as actresses but they did get the job because of the way they look while an actress who is not a model doesn't get the job even though has more talent.
What are your thoughts about it?

If sex symbolism did not sell so well then talent would come out more, but of course there are those whose talent is so great that it surpases the bounds of outer beauty.

On another similar note. You meet so many beautiful/handsome models but when they speak/write its terrible! I do not think they will reach very far even if they have the 'look'
