Butts Fine Face Smokers

I think something needs to be done after all the butts from cigarettes are thrown down by smokers. I have seen places you know a lot of smokers hang out as you see the butts everywhere. I see it at stop lights where someone in their car dumps their ashtray. I would hope that more smokers take responsibility of their smoking and actually throw their butts away in a trash receptacle. I think the world would be a cleaner place.
