From all I have seen and heard from those in the business is a woman that is at least 5" 8" or taller. I know a lot of the super models are close to six foot.

I always thought 6 feet was the requirement but it really depends on the type of model. Catwalk models are probably better off at 6 feet but models for some catalogs don't necessarily need much height.
