ST CROIX, USVI -- Aurelio Pellegrini, mayor of Montescudaio, Italy, has invited St Croix senator Wayne AG James to introduce a Resolution to the 28th Legislature to establish a twin city relationship between the 12th-century Tuscan town and the three historic towns of the US Virgin Islands.
