I think people need to understand that the airport was there before they bought their homes. It gets to me that a person will move in and then start to complain about air traffic noise. If you do not like to hear planes flying over head then move. No one forced you to move into a house close to an airport in the first place.

Well I disagree. These folks never had to deal with it, what happened is that the airport kind of change the routes and now people who never saw or heard a plane all of the sudden are hearing everything.

NO a airport has runways that are long and set. A airport just can not up and move a runway. They heard the noise of the planes because they take off and land using the runways depending on wind direction. Maybe they did not see as much air traffic over them but they did see and hear some. IF you do not like planes do not move close to an airport.
