No this is something that every guy has to worry about. IF some girl accuses him of any type of sexual thing the public will find him guilty and treat him as a guilty party even if he is found to be innocent. It shows just what damage an accusation can be.

I must admit I have my reservations in this case. You see the article talks about "complains" (more than one) I don't know, I don't get a good feeling about this.

Yes I know the word "claims" can be something to wonder about. I know a case not far from me that a man a teacher was accused of touching a female student inappropriately. It was front page headlines. Soon three other girls said he touched them too. He was later to be found innocent of all charges after the four girls told the police they made it all up because he gave her a bad grade and she wanted to get even.

During the days he sat in a jail cell he was stripped of his right to teach in Iowa and was labeled a sex offender and placed on the sex offender registery. When they recanted it did not make front page headlines but a small one paragraph story on another page. He was denied in his appeal to get his license to teach back and he no longer lives in that community because they all still called him a sexual predator. Where he moved to I do not know but his life was ruined all because some girl wanted to make him pay for giving her a grade she felt she did not deserve.

I think it is sad that a guy has to worry about something like this happening to them.

I feel for this man. I also feel sick that these girls played him. There are thousands of sexual abuse cases each year that do not even get to court. To steal the resources off these real cases disgusts me. I agree with you LSD, I hope they go to juvenile detention.
