Teen gets 547 days for fatal DUI crash

A Torrey Pines High School student who admitted he caused a rollover crash that killed a friend and injured another was ordered yesterday to serve up to 547 days in a juvenile detention camp, then complete a period of probation. Ref. Source 4

Crash Dui Fatal Days Teen

The fact that he pled guilty shows that he is taking responsibility for his actions. I hope that he has learned a lot about drinking and driving. Maybe have him tell others his story. That should be great community service.
