Getting only a few hours sleep?

Oooppssss... looks like I am at risk with my 4 - 6 hour sleep schedule. sad.gif

From CNN:

Too little sleep may raise the risk of developing heart disease, according to
a study of nearly 72,000 nurses. Women who averaged five hours or less of
sleep a night were 39 percent more likely to develop heart disease than women
who got eight hours. Those sleeping six hours a night had an 18 percent higher
risk of developing blocked arteries than the eight-hour sleepers. Dr. Sanjay
Gupta tried to explain the link. "They say people who aren't getting enough
sleep probably are having irregularities in their blood pressure and
irregularities in their blood sugar tolerance," Gupta reported. "The overall
impact of that can have some impact on your heart."

I'm glad to see that this article has been post in here, hopefully it will make some people to realize that their health is more important than their work or money because without health you cannot accomplish the other two things...so...smile.gif

sleep hours few only Getting

I don't think you know the guy, it's a trini who has a weird accent when he speaks english, he's a computer nerd and doesn't sleep much....sometimes only 3 or 4 hours...can you believe it??????! wink.gif
