Oh please, please, post all the tips in here. I actually stop eating meat for a month and now Christmas came and I could not avoid eat ham Actually to tell you the truth it tasted really good but I felt so sick eating it (headaches and stomach aches) so I want for the New Year start again my vegetarian diet since I really felt so good when I was doing it. PLEASE post all the tips, specially some good exercises for legs and butt (to firm them and make them slimmer). Thanks again!
