It seemed like a good idea at the time. But sitting in the back of a cab at 6.30am, fighting off relentless waves of nausea and a pounding headache, the appeal of a breathalyser comparison test had dimmed considerably. Being a lab rat can really suck at times. Ref. Source 1

Everyone knows that alcohol effects every one differently. It is the breathalyser to determine if you are ok to drive or not. The fact that many people have a few drinks and think they are ok to drive is wrong. Until you know how those drinks will effect you you should not drink and drive. It is my belief if you have any type of alcoholic drink you should not drive or operate machinery until 8 hours have passed since your last drink.
If this study shows that 8 hours later one is still under the influence then I believe we need to educate people better.
