I can see that being the case, but I rather doubt it is directly educational level that is the factor. Low income families are more likely to be more vulnerable and live closer to those willing to do such things.

I do not think it matters what your educational level is. IF you live close to a sexual predator there is a higher risk that you will be a victim. This has nothing to do with a woman rather it has a lot to do a male who thinks of women as object to possess rather than seeing them as human.
