GEORGE TOWN, Cayman Islands -- The International Monetary Fund has released the report of its 2009 assessment of the supervision and regulation of the Cayman Islands financial sector, noting the “substantial progress” in implementing the recommendations arising from the Fund’s 2003 assessment.
