The Chairman of the CARICOM Council for Foreign and Community Relations (COFOR), Dr Kenneth Baugh, who is also the Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Minister of Jamaica, says he believes economic co-operation between CARICOM and Latin America is definitely achievable.
