Janet Napolitano - the system worked?
That's what our Secretary of Homeland Security said after a terrorist was caught trying to make and detonate a bomb aboard a plane over the holiday. Napolitano is catching some heat for saying 'the system worked' when in reality it didn't work, and passengers had to stop the threat.
