i am a model and have been modeling for a year and a half now,and i want to do some runaway shows but people say i am not tall enough..i'm like 5'7-5'8??  :(

yes, models for runway usually are 5' 9 as minimum But there are so many things you can do in modeling like commercial modeling, it's a great job where you can meet plenty people and your face is around the TV commercials, or the magazines! so you become pretty popular and they don't ask you a specific height or weight! Did you consider it?

Sometimes, depending on your body type, you can do runway even though you are not exactly the typical height. Certain body shapes can make you look taller than you actually are. Also there are alot of runway work you can do at your height, even if you dont look taller, I am not saying your chances of being a super famous runway model are high, but you can still do some, and chances are, you will probably like other types of modeling more, as you can be yourself.
