She continues behaving strange but there are reports that state she took to drug tests and they came out negative, will she get the babies back?

Rotem. The duo caused a commotion in a Melrose boutique as staff ran rampant to chase prying paparazzi out of their otherwise sophisticated store. An eyewitness told us that Brit continued her bizarre behavior by "hiding in the clothes racks and laughing hysterically" as the chaos took place before police came to take control. And honestly, where would our "Toxic" train wreck be without her pals the paparazzi? The legion of lens-leeches also asked her how her sons were, and our source tells us that the more naughty than nice star-loon made the strange statement: "I already have them back, baby," before blowing the pap pack kisses and telling them "how beautiful they all are and how much she loves them." But even though Spears lost her own family to the Fed last week, it seems she's getting back to good with her own sis and ma. Lynne Spears and Jamie Lynne spent a sweet Saturday with Britney in Malibu making amends before the two singing sisters sped to the Taco Bell drive-thru for burritos. But our loopy lyricist tried unsuccessfully to order through her glass window, so eventually her pap pals placed the order, paid and hand-delivered the grub to the giggling girls. This is very bizarre. I remember when the judge first ordered Britney to do drug tests twice a week and she was seen later on that day, at a nightclub. A doctor observing her behaviour said, she could have a chemical imbalance, which may provide an explanation for her strange behaviour.

If she is drug free, why did it take her so long to do these tests? I am having a difficult time embracing the fact that she is drug free. I have to wonder if anyone accompanied her to do these drug tests? Or did she submit someone else's blood to have the test done?
I am beginning to wonder if Britney is really relieved not to have custody of her kids. Her behaviour suggests that she does not seem to care. She was supposed to have a court date on Wednesday 3 October 2007. Kevin Federline was there but Britney was not. If she really did want her kids back, she would throw herself at the mercy of the court and beg the judge, to give her more time. I would expect her to say that she is searching for a suitable rehabilitation centre to commit herself. Why isn't she trying to convince the judge that the kids should be with her? When the judge instructed Britney for the second time, to have her drug tests done. She ignored his instructions. It was reported that she was scheduled in the latter part of last week, to have her drug tests done but her assistant called to say that she was sleeping! I don't know what to think anymore. If I were that judge, I would not award Britney custody of those two kids, until he knows what is wrong with Britney.

She had a non-valid driver license that expired in 2001! I do not think she cared at all until the Judge asked for it.

She tried and that's why Britney cut all relationship with her when she found out the mother wanted to apply for custody. After that, she handled her mother some legal papers.

Actually, Britney Spears does have a valid driver's license for Louisiana. But to drive in California, you need to apply for another driver's license.

Apparently Britney had a fallout with her mother because Lynne Spears wanted to spend more time with her grandchildren. She also criticized Britney's poor parenting skills, according to this report:

We know now this sudden rush of Britney of meeting her mom. She wants overnight visitation rights and she wanted her mom to be chosen as the monitor. Well, the Judge awarded her one night a week (supervised) and her mother was NOT chosen as the monitor. She was very upset.

I was pleased to learn that an emergency hearing was called to request that the kids could spend more time with Britney Spears. However, I felt very disappointed when I heard that she arrived to court about 5 hours late! I am happy to see Britney turn a corner, by successfully passing all the drug tests. However, she still has a long way to go. I am just glad to see her making amends with her family, a positive step in the right direction. At present, Britney needs all the support she can get at this difficult time and being surrounded by her family, is exactly what she needs. Let us hope that she will continue to progress and maybe, her mother could influence Britney to shed all the "dead weight," that is, to shun those friends who do not have her best interest at heart.

In light of the negative media attention towards Britney Spears, I thought that someone would create a dazzling and eye catching album cover that would make her fans exclaim, "Yeah Britney is back with a vengeance!" The title for her latest album, "Blackout" is very simple, significant and exciting. However, the cover should at least match the title, especially for someone in her position, who is struggling to make a comeback!
