| Judge suspends Britney Spears' visitation rights LOS ANGELES, California (CNN) -- Singer Britney Spears' visitation rights with her children were suspended Thursday until she complies with court orders in her custody battle with her ex-husband Kevin Federline. "Petitioner's (Spears') visitation with the minor children is suspended pending the petitioner's compliance with court orders," according to an order entered in Los Angeles Superior Court. Court spokesman Allan Parachini said the order was signed Wednesday by the court commissioner handling her custody case. Earlier this month, the court awarded full custody of the couple's two sons -- Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden, 1 -- to Federline, Spears' former backup dancer. t is unclear what led to the decision. |

I wonder what made the judge take this latest action? I am sure Britney failed to fulfill the court orders. Maybe she is not taking the parenting classes or perhaps, she is speaking very poorly of Kevin, in front of the kids? I hope it is not a case of the person who is appointed to monitor Britney's visits, has reported something very disturbing about Britney. When I heard that she was passing the tests, I said, "Hooray!" "Finally Britney!" "It is about time!" But now, she is back to her original position. Oh dear! When will this poor girl learn her lesson?

A presumed court-appointed monitor was seated in the front seat, with her sons in the rear. On Wednesday, L.A. Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon had temporarily suspended her visitation rights. A source close to Spears told PEOPLE the judge removed her rights after the pop star was unreachable by a cell phone designated for court-related scheduling.
