Britney Spears seems out of touch with reality, these days. Must be the drugs! She behaves as if she is a prima donna! A wonderful opportunity was recently presented to her by Timberland, when he asked her to do a duet with Justin Timberlake but unfortunately, she rudely refused.

It is very hard to understand why she is walking around thinking that she is the greatest thing next to slice bread. Britney Spears believes that it is important for her to have control over everything and ironically, it is the drugs and her problems that are controlling her. She is intent on ostracizing herself from people who are willing to help her. Apparently, she refused to allow a well know hairstylist to do her hair extensions for the VMA show. Britney wanted females to do her hair and was bitterly disappointed when Ken Paves arrived instead. Here is a link for this report:

Kanye West has recognized that Britney Spears was exploited by MTV. He claims that they knew she was not ready but everyone will be looking forward to watching her fail. Ratings increased by 23% when Britney performed. Ironically, her performance was the most talked about on the show even though, it was the worst! Here is a link for this report:

You know Tortdog, this is what I consider to be very frustrating where Britney Spears is concerned. The girl is literally a laughing stock to the whole world and there are those who are genuinely trying to assist her. Doing a duet with Justin Timberlake would have generated positive publicity, not to mention, propel her back into the number one spot on the charts. And what happened when she refused to do a duet? Her song debut at number 85 on the charts.
She had a golden opportunity to make a real comeback at the VMA show and what did she do? She refused to rehearse and chose to party. I understand that she was upset about MTV rejecting her "magic act." But for heavens sake! Be a professional! Stop behaving like a spoilt brat! I believe it was speculated that she made no effort whatsoever, to do her best. She just did not seem to care! I do believe that the time is approaching when her phone will stop ringing. No one would ever take her seriously after that VMA fiasco. She will no longer be acknowledged or respected as a professional performer; just the butt of everyone's jokes.

I wonder who is this "secret witness"? Probably a body-guard? If he testifies, she is really in trouble because he will talk about her drug abuse infront of her kids!.

| Britney Spears could lose custody of her two little kids as early as Monday morning. This is a real possibility, thanks to crusading Los Angeles attorney Gloria Allred. She's bringing a 'secret" witness to court Monday for the custody battle between Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline. Forget reports that the 'secret" witness doesn't matter or won't be heard. In fact, last week Allred filed a signed declaration from the witness, described only as a man who's had close observation of Spears' behavior with her kids. The judge in the closed hearing case, Commissioner Scott Gordon, has the declaration, and does not have to rule on it. He can simply read it and enter it into the case's existing papers. The only way the witness would testify is under cross examination. In other words, the declaration has already served as testimony. The likely observations from the witness concern drug usage by Spears in her home and in front of her kids. |

I don't know why I feel this way (I hate her music) but I am sad for Brittany.
That being said, maybe it would be good for young girls to see what unfettered success can do for a person. Those same girls that admired her can now see that fame is fleeting and that happiness can never be found in popularity.
I do not think that Brittany will ever be as popular as she was.

The kids would probably be better off being taken from both of them and given to some foster parents. Neither of these two nor their parents appear to be capable of providing any kind of real homelife for the children. Only thing I am waiting for now is the day that it is reported that Britney and Lindsay go out partying together one night and down a bunch of alcohol and drugs, wreck a car and immediately check into a rehab, get out of rehab in a day or two, get arrested and find God. That way we can consolidate the obsession with these young girls bent on throwing their lives away.

According to sources it is a fact that she is going to lose custody of those kids and custody will be granted over her ex-husband. It is interesting to notice that the testimony of the bodyguard was unchallenged because Spear's lawyer chose not to cross-examine him. It is also interesting that Spear's lawyers resigned and she has new lawyers now. Her manager also quit! *shaking head*
I do not know if she thinks she is God just because she is filthy rich, but you do not mess up with the law neither with the safety for your kids. Using drugs in front of your kids is just beyond me. She only wants to hang out with those who support and encourage her addictions. So silly.
