Agartha Introduction

Hello there,

I am a 26 years old male from Canada. Just joined this community in order to participate in AD&D PBP RPG gaming.

I have been in old school table top RPG when I was a kid, and it still remains as one of the better memories from my childhood.

I wish to re-live some of the good moments by participating in the PBP RPG in this community. I have a lot to learn, from the AD&D rules to how to go about the PBP style of RPG.

I am very happy to have found this community, and will try my best to accustom myself to the community.

So, Ye be seeking Adventure eh? Ye be one after meh own heart. Meh mates have cut down several dragons in times past and we be always in serious need of an extra hand fer deeper darker dungeons of brilliant gold. Friend, get ready, cause we got to test yer abilities.

We be havin' two, count em' two types of Medieval Play By Post here:

Here's the first one: If ye be looking to get started with Dungeons & Dragons Play by Post then go HERE for the Thread that gives you the steps (Check first Post) AD&D here allows you to start participating right away once your character is approved by the Dungeon Master.

Here's the second one: If ye be looking to join 'The World of Medieval' (Custom Play by Post) then thou needest a minimum of 30 Constructive Posts within this here Community. Keep thy level of activity at 75% too, we be needed active adventurers here not those that sit and play with child toys. Get started, select a Board, a Topic and then share thy views until ye have yer 30 Posts under thy belt then return here and request RPGer Status.

Agartha Introduction Sharing Member & Introductions

The online version is like very similar to tabletop so you should fit in easily. Everyone is from like everywhere in the world so moves take a bit longer. If you got questions just ask here or in the member wars board.

Introduction Agartha

I have just created a character using the generator and entered the information in my user control panel RPG profile section.

I submitted my character information on the AD&D Characters forum, so I guess at this point I should just wait till DM approves my character.

I have also tried to access Member Wars Job section and I was returned to this Introduction forum because I have less than 30 consecutive posts.

I thought I read somewhere that Member Wars do not require 30 posts to play, but I guess I read wrong.

Could you give me some advice as to what I can do while I wait for my character to be approved?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for a good Introduction.

Please give the DM for AD&D some time to reply (he works shift and has other real life demands), it could possibly be tomorrow.

To participate in the Member Wars Threads requires no Post count, but the integrated part may require 30 Posts or RPGer Status, I cannot remember. There are many other RPGs for you to join here so it will be worth your while to get your Post count up anyway.
