Lord of the Rings: Return of the King

Yuppers, I got my calendar marked on December 17 for the long awaited finale to the triology of the Lord of the Rings series.  I have seen the movie trailers to LOTR:  Return of the King and it looks to be the best one yet.  :D  Anyone else waiting for it's release?

I can't wait!  I went to see the second one last year with ym family at midnight.  The first showing the release day, it was awsome.  I can't wait till the extended version comes out of lord of the rings, let alone the 3rd movie.

Yea, I've got my copy of the Two Towers Special Extended Edition on reserve already.  Just waiting to go and pick it up.  ;)  I didn't really get super big into the LOTR series til I saw the Two Towers and now I think I'm hooked  lol

Woohoo! 2 days before LOTR: Return of the King hits theaters. Is anyone planning to see it the day it opens or the first week it opens?

I haven't seen the second one yet. Drat, where HAVE I been hiding??
Guess I better go to the video rental store and get it, if they have it. I won't watch them out of sequence. Then I will check my local theatre and see what days it will be here. Thanks for the reminder.

Lord of the Rings: Return of the King

Last night I went to see it... It was every bit as good as I thought it would be, if not better. I'm a big fan of the battle scenes. That goes for all three of the movies, I think they're the best parts. It is as breathtaking and grand in scope as any movie that I have ever seen. To miss this one would be tragic. It lasted a long time and, at the end, I wished that I could rewind it and watch it again. If you haven't seen the movie yet, you should. Mmmm. So good.

If we had the extra money, we wouldn't be able to just load up and go see it here. There is a two day waiting list just to get tickets to see it. They are showing it at both movie theater buildings here. And both of the theaters have 2 separate rooms for the showing and still no tickets. Today is Thursday and a friend of mine called to see when would be the next time they would have tickets available and both theaters told her that it would be on Sunday at the earliest when they might have tickets available to see it. -->

I may as well just wait for it to come out on DVD..

I saw it yesteday....it was so amazingly good! I'm sad that the trilogy is over, now i have nothing to look forward too next year
