As you know, Google allows now third party ads in their network. This is what they say:

Yes, I understood what you asked but it is not a question I can personally answer, it is up to you whether or not you allow third party ads in your site. Personally, I find that when you have other ads along with Google Adsense your earnings go down and the other ads do not pay you as much as Adsense but again, this is MY personal experience, it may vary depending your site and the kind of audience you intent to reach.
