I had read about this somewhere. All I can do is express my sentiment of "It's about darn time!" This current complicity is ridiculous.

Its funny they deny making it so the commercials volume is louder. What a ridiculous thing to say. Of course commercials get louder, sometimes almost twice as loud it seems.

For me it is also about time, my roommate cannot hear as well as me. So she has the volume cranked up to begin with. The a commercial comes on and the volume is so loud it dazes me.

That reminds me of my grand parents, you enter their home and the tv is blasting already so when the commercials come on its waking the dead. Usually when I get there the first thing I have to do is go turn down the tv so I can hear myself think.
