ST CROIX, USVI -- The Twin-City delegation from Montescudaio, Italy arrived in the US Virgin Islands on Sunday, January 24, thereby officially consummating the relationship of mutual friendship between the 11th-century Tuscan town and the historic Virgin Islands towns of Charlotte Amalie, Christiansted, and Frederiksted.
