When Does Obama Take Ownership?

Listening to the President today, he is still blaming everything on President Bush. Now, to be fair, President Bush also blamed Clinton for much of the nations security problems so, they all do it. My question is, WHEN does ownership start? President Obama has been in power for over a year now. When does he stop blaming and start taking responsibility?

Secondly, the difference between the blame game of Bush and Obama is that everything he is ripping Bush for Obama voted for! Remember, Democrats have been in charge of Congress since 2006. Every spending bill that Bush signed Obama voted for so, how can Obama blame Bush for things that HE voted for?

We have a number of Obama related Threads here, and I saw where you added constructive input into the "Obama's Next Move" Thread which is generally about what Pres. Obama does / says. Why did you feel it necessary to open a separate Thread about what seems to be basically the same thing?
