The rough-and-ready GMC Sierra 6.2-liter crew cab has been advertised on TV so much you half expect to hear the ShamWow guy: "This is Vince for GMC. If you call in the next 10 minutes ..."
And while the pickup GMC calls All Terrain is sold in stores, it's only at a rate of a few thousand a year, making it a boutique truck. Ref. Source 5
