Does anyone else realize people are dying of starvation. These guys are getting surgery so they don't have to do the exercise to burn the fat.

Just a little unbalanced is what I am thinking.

Good for those who can afford to eat until they become obese and then pay for surgery to become skinny again. I am wondering what those dying of hunger would say about this. Though they can't say anything because they have no money or computers, and are dead.

I wouldn't put all men in the same category. There are slim men who happen to have one of their breasts or sometimes both breasts that are more developed like a woman's. I don't know if there is a medical term for it but it can have serious psychological and social implications.
