Muslims believe that the Quran (also spelled Koran) is scripture, so if by special, you mean scripture, then the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, believe that the Holy Bible, Book of Mormon, Doctrine and Covenants, and the Pearl of Great Price, as scripture.

I also want to add that using special books of scripture shouldn't be a surprise. Books of scripture in the Bible are actually many books written in their time. Just as in those days we have modern day scripture to assist us in obtaining our salvation.
