LaDainian Tomlinson was officially listed as doubtful by the San Diego Chargers on Friday, two days before they play at Pittsburgh in the AFC divisional playoffs. Tomlinson himself said he was doubtful two days earlier, and there's a growing expectation that the 2006 NFL MVP won't play due to a detached tendon in his groin.

I think he should sit out and get his injury healed before playing again. I would rather see him sit out and come back next year in better shape. Playing injured is not giving your team 110% like you should be doing.

LaDainian Tomlinson has been released by the San Diego Chargers, ending a brilliant nine-year run in which he became one of the NFL's greatest running backs.
