Wow when I first read the story I thought the babies were dead! My goodness if the police didn't reach in time they would probably have died! How come this sick disgusting excuse for a man have $1M dollar bail? He shouldn't have NONE and let him rot in prison or put him out of his misery quickly!

These kind of cases breaks my heart and wonder why dungeons aren't still around. Easily leave him in there to starve to death as he had done to his daughter. I've said it before but you have to have a licence these days to own a dog, but anyone with sperm and eggs can be parent! Makes me so livid.
