Good luck...
Where I was at in Japan, people were lined up at the beach looking at the rough seas. Surfers were enjoying better waves. I used to live close to the beach here in Japan several years ago...real close (about 1km). I always told my wife that if we have a good sized earthquake where we lived, that we were running out of the house and up the mountains into the tea fields until we cant run any more. Then turn around and watch for about 30 minutes. With the fault line as close to the shore as it was where we lived, we were basically told by the time you heard a warning...it would be too late.
