CEBU CITY, Cebu—Although there were no celebrities and performers in the political rally of the Liberal Party(LP) here last Saturday, what entertained supporters of Senator Benigno Simeon “Noynoy” Aquino III were the rally hosts who ridiculed the campaign strategy of another presidential candidate whose orange ribbons were allegedly set up along major thoroughfares of the city days before Aquino and his team arrived.
