Doro lo and Kayle set out that afternoon for Fort Whetstone. Traveling south by way of road they travel threw some small hills. The hills are full of foliage but few trees. The road proves to be no difficulty traveling threw.

Night is fast approaching as the party arrives at the edge of Nog swamp.

Kayle looks at Doro Lo and whispers, "I say we camp for the night. Two hour shifts will allow us both to get some sleep. I will go first and then wake you and so on. Do you think that will work?"

Cliff, while running, tries to jump onto the moving wagon. He is unable to get a good grasp and must give up this attempt for fear of falling under the wagons wheel.
He does hear a fellow traveler cheer saying, "They are running, they're running away!".
Cliff sees the bandit who's horse fell asleep. He is lying limp on the ground, his neck looks broken. The horse looks to be badly hurt too and is struggling to regain its footing, but cannot.

Dorro lo agrees with the plan and goes to sleep. When he is awakened for his shift, he finds a place where he can hide in the shadows and pulls out his bow and arrows. The half ling stays hidden unless he finds prey he can kill for breakfast without leaving camp.

Out of character: Is combat over?

Cliff casts sleep on the horse in an attempt to calm it down. He walks over to the corpse of the man and searches it for valuables and gear.

Cliff's attempt to cast sleep on the horse fails, it is still frantic. He searches the mans body and finds 1 short sword, 1 short bow, 14 arrows, 3 silver, leather armor, 2 daggers, and 3 days rations (the battle is over).
---
Doro lo is keeping watch when he hears the buzzing of some insects closing in his location. (I am going to need an initiative check).
