I think we should heal up the bound goblin and question him on how many more little raid parties are out there and where they are before we finish resting.
Maybe also find out where the camp he came from is so we can go check it out later to see if this raven left anything behind.
Wouldn't hurt to be sure that these goblins were the ones who lit the fire too.
"I will allow you gentlemen to work that out," says Sir Valdelen, interested in the coins yet still not sure how to handle the money he already had.
Val sets about helping with everything that needs done, searching, gathering items, etc. "I wonder about our safety with all these enemies, the raven... I'm not sure what to think, but we need to make sure we're safe and can rest. And then continue from there."
As morning arrives Lwentano stretches and absently scratchs where the javelin hit. He will go about his normal morning routine and prepare to walk towards where they saw the smoke yesterday evening. HE wants to make sure the goblin comes with them to face the damage they have caused last night. HE also wants to know where their stronghold is so he can hep rid the land of their kind.
It is my belief we should see what the smoke was yesterday. After that we can question the prisoner to find out where their stronghold is so we can make sure they are not attacking innocent people.
Valdalyn wonders about her brother, Gabriel, silently. His wound seemed to be fine but he has been silent for a long time - she hoped it was not related.
She listened to Lwentano and nodded. "Absolutely, oui, we must find out what has happened, if more people need help." She looks at the goblin a little less charitably today, now that he seems to not be fearful for his life.
"Hold your wagging tongue, your freedom is no sure thing. Will our people be safe, or will more of your kind be terrorizing our towns? With or without that dark bird to blame, it is still your actions. We need to know everything you can tell us about what is going on. If possible, we can head off any major hostilities and settle things to allow as few people as possible to be hurt, but you need to cooperate and we need to know we can trust what you tell us as the truth. If what you tell us is borne out, we could ease your bonds some and you could walk along with a little bit of dignity perhaps - but know your place well, goblin - there are friends and family we too are worried about, so it would be for the best for you and your own family and friends for you to work with us honestly and cooperatively. If you were to be let go, what would you do, where would you go?"

OOC: Somebody should stay back with the goblin these people may want it dead regardless of what we say, I'll offer to sit back out of site with it while some one else dose the talking until its safe for sure. I also think we should spend a bit of time helping these people maybe the rest of he day and rest up here for the night.
Also for the sake of shiny things I would like a turn searching in the ashes later on before leaving.

Lwentano is not happy about seeing a burnt building and wonders just what all this family has lost besides a barn. How many of their animals were killed how much of their stored goods are now ashes. He looks at the goblin knowing that it was its group that caused this family grief.
I think I will give 10 gold to this family as a way for them to recoup some of their losses. It was not their fault that they came under attack by the foul goblins. Lets find out what happened then let this foul creature show us his home.
I would like to ask who wants the goblin to come with and who wants the goblin to stay with the thief. There is going to be a difference in my response if the goblin comes with rather than stay out of sight (also in Klagek).
