OOC I'm pretty sure elf get low light not sure about half elfs they may but low light is different to night vision, if anyone had night vision they would probably also have light blindness like orcs. Just from memory so don't quote me.
Aive's face goes slightly pale when he notices the goblin has disappeared, he then quickly makes himself very busy scrounging in the verge of the campfires light and utter darkness for twigs and camp fire fuel refusing to look towards the party until he has prepared himself for a verbal onslaught.
Val is horrified by what is obviously a giant creature successfully gnawing on what sounds like the surprised exclamations of Lwentano, and goes for her weapons and shield, but sees something fall from her pack as she pushes it aside.
The Paladin grabs the remaining hunks of relatively fresh meat, cheese and bread and flings them at the four approaching centipedes, hoping to divert their attention and allow everyone to ready themselves and even attack the creatures while they're busy eating. "We need to deal with them as fast as possible, it sounds like we've got a much bigger problem chewing on the elf's face, out there in the dark! Keep these things occupied - wtth your weapons preferably!"
Valdalen grabs a flask of lamp oil and a burning brand from the fire and heads out toward Lwentano, hoping he wasn't in as dire fo straits as it sounded like he was.
OOC: So you're leaving the rogue alone without a tank for backup? I'm out by Half-elfy already. There's four little ones by you, and one big one by us. Take care of yourself first.
Myrrani drops the wood in astonishment, then steps back and casts Magic Missile at the insect.
Damage Roll:
1d4+1: 4
OOC: I love auto-hit from magic missile. It's just so gosh darn reliable.
21 init,
Sap attacks for any next to me (attack them 1st)
attack roll 8 damage 5
attack roll 14 damage 6
sling for anything at a distance
attack roll 17 damage 2
attack roll 21 damage 3
OOC: Well my main goal is to get to Lwentano so he isn't eaten alive, since he's taken enough damage to knock him out, and then hopefully heal him back to positive numbers so he can defend himself. Aive should be able to handle the other things or even run, assuming the smaller centipedes go after the food I threw first - maybe people can make attacks on them. One way or another, someone is going to have to take over fighting the monstrous centipede that critical hit the elf so he doesn't get another surprise round on someone. To be honest, I have to go to bed and won't be able to post again til later tomorrow night (Sat night or even Sun morning, as I stay up late) so someone else will need to post for us/me, so just have me do whatever you think is needed, and I'll be back and posting by the next day. Good luck everyone!
Judging from initiative rolls, the players be going first on the first round. First round will start after Lwentano's action / rolls (he still has 10 HP left).
