Lwentano is very glad that he has been released from the maul. He was not totally prepared to be attacked but now he is. He rolls a 18 for his saving throw. He draws his sword and readies his shield as he attacks the Giant Centipede.
Myrrani stay behind me. This thing can pack a punch.

Aive will sneak up behind the last one up sap it to death and beyond, taking out his frustration on the soon to be corpse!
12 on attack roll (I hope that hits!) 3 damage
14 on attack roll 4 damage
he will then quickly glance around for anymore bugs as he shoves a torch into the fire then follows the direction of the rest of the party.
I don't know exactly what I need to do, but Val was wanting to try to heal Lwentano if possible, and use the torch to hold the centipede at bay possibly, or even make a molotov cocktail if necessary, to throw at it, depending on how bad a threat it was. I'd like to do whichever seems more likely doable in the situation - I'm not sure if you can heal someone in combat while they're fighting and such, or if I just need to drop the torch so there's a little bit of light, and help attack the giant centipede, or what. I don't know how badly hurt Lwentano is - if it's serious, I need to heal him (up to a total of 4 HP per day for Lay Hands), otherwise I'll just help fight, using my shield and longsword +1 offensively.
So here's a bunch of rolls:
D6: 4, 1
D8: 4, 4 (+1 each if dmg for +1 magic sword)
D20: 15, 12
Well I was thinking you would want to do the cocktail thing. But then I thought it isn't really practical. If you had it already made it that would be one thing. However to take some cloth (or whatever you could use) and soak it to the right level, pushing it down into the container, all in the heat of battle while running and climbing over a wall, would have been to much of a stretch. The way it is all you need to do now is make a successful attack with the torch, to hit the centipedes head, lighting the oil (that 15 should do it). I don't know if you read the game post, but you healed Lwentano for 4 points. Did you still want to attack with your weapon, or with the torch? If you say nothing I will assume you're using the torch.
Torch dose 1d3+1fire damage with a minus 4 to attackroll
Aive will come at it from the side and tumble behind the monster preventing its attack of opportunity, flanking it then attack it with the torch.
Tumble 24
attack roll 15 (after flank bonus and torch minus)
4 damage
after that hit or not he will tumble back to a safe distance and ready his sling
20 tumble
sling attacks
14 to hit 1 damage
16 to hit 2 damage
8 to hit 1 damage
