Lwentano is glad that another morning is shining upon him. He checks his armor and weapons as he prepares to head out for another day. He grumbles a bit knowing that the goblin is still with them but he thinks maybe some use can come of it.
You know of a bridge across this river? Lead us to it foul beast.

Gefuth looks shocked and slightly scared, "I don't know. There was bridge, it here somewhere." Gefuth speaks in common, pointing, shrugging.
The party gathers from this that a bridge existed in the recent past somewhere along the river. Gefuth is unsure if it is north or south from this location.
Speaking in elfin
I think this little freak is leading us on a wild goose chase. Myrrani can you climb a tree and see if you can see something in either direction?
Lwentano does not look happy at the goblin. He wonders where this bridge is at.
I think we may have to travel a bit to find this bridge. Maybe we can see it from a higher advantage.
Myrrani looks around her for a suitable tree. As she searches for a tall enough tree that is easy to climb, she speaks in elven.
"I can try my best, though I think you would be able to climb much better than I."
OOC: -4 STR Mod, and no ranks in climb, plus only 3 health means I'm taking a HUGE risk in climbing a tree. You sure we shouldn't just send the goblin up? He seems a good climber, plus he's expendable.
OOC: He seems trustworthy... Do you have a sort of "detect truth" or some such thing? At the very lest we can "detect evil" and figure out if he's working against us specifically. Though he seems quite reformed.
OOC:I think detect evil would just show that he's evil but I could tell you that, I got a pretty good sense motive and at the time he seemed sincere.
Aive will ask Gefuth if he doesn't mind climbing the tree too have a look for it, and that there is more chalk in it for him if he dose.
While Gefuth climbs Aive says to the rest of the party
"I doubt we would be too far from where it was, Its probably been destroyed but we can split and look for the remains just to be sure. Also keep an eye out for a slower or narrower part of the river."
He looks out upon the obstacle before them,
"I and I think Lwentano have some rope but its not enough to stretch this gap and I fear we would not all make it through the water at this point."
OOC: don't suppose there is a 270ft tree next to the 250ft river?
Lwentano tells Myrrani not to climb the tree in elfen. He looks up and down the river to see if he can see anything with his vision
I think it would be a mistake to split up. IF we must search the river bank let us do it all together just in case trouble finds us. Creatures need water to survive and this river can be a prime location of a wandering animal or monster crossing paths with us. IF we are split up that would not bode well on the party. Plus how would we communicate with the other party if we did find something?
