Gah, wrong thread post by me. I posted in the right thread, then thought I had it backwards, and made this post the right one, but then realized I'd been right and that I'd made everything backwards, but now I've switched things around again and they're not backwards.

As to the questionable abilities of the spider on grapple. It rolled a natural 20 on its opposed grapple check.

I just wrote in what I did for flavor, the results would have been the same if it shook you right off.

In my head I was picturing you jumping up and grappling the imp from behind while Del was getting stung. The imp grabbed onto a stalactite to stop its fall then switched form. Once it changed form you were attached to one of its legs. It then used its other legs, unhindered, to go up on the ceiling and shook the leg you were on.

That's how I was picturing it but it rolled a nat 20 right off so the grapple was a bust from the beginning.

I hope this explains more of what was going on with the rolls and results.

Seeing that there is no activity in the Dark Calling threads I will be posting the actions of the next round tomorrow without the party leader post. I have read threw the players posts and see that most everyone, if not all, have posted actions.

Having a post by the party leader would be better but I can see there are sufficient actions posted to continue without it.

Did we get any experience for killing the imp and goblins? I'm not sure where every one is up to exp wise but it might help.

Hi, seeing as me and rentok have the same exp I was wondering if I could get a little more since I was present at the end of the first goblin fight, interegated the goblin, helped out at the burnt farm house and befriended Gefuth before Myranni came along? just a little bit?
