If we are waiting on Apist I think we can move on. I was enjoying his character too. undecided.gif

Oh well, now we are down to two players again.

I think if we are just two again then we will get more experience for what we kill. Make us more powerful quicker. smile.gif

Apist your character took over 40 points of damage. Yes the character is dead. You can make another or use the same one, just change the name. You will have to wait until the battle is over to re-enter the game though.

Lwentano your character can be aware that the arrows are ineffective. I don't know if you want to role play that he doesn't know, that's ok. Just looking at the stats though the arrows are not going to pierce its damage reduction. I could be wrong about that, if I am please correct me.

It depends on the DR that the golem has. If it has only DR5/whatever then the arrows could damage it, though not for much. If we can get rid of the smoke, I could just "Burning Hands" it.

My Character has not ran into something like this so he would naturally try his arrows as a way to combat this giant beast.

That's cool, I was just trying to stop him from attacking a target he can't damage. I figure he has enough know how with his bow and arrows to asses that they were ineffective. I tried to drop that into the text tactfully.
In my mind Lwentano would know / feel instinctively how effective his arrows are from seeing how they hit.

Yes you are correct and I have moved him to attack with the south guards. He knows his arrows work there.

I am wondering if we should take a break here? This is a pretty good spot to stop if we were going to. I don't want to but we are down to just Lwentano now.

I am interested in continuing the dark calling campaign.
I will post a short sum up of what is happening directly after the battle with the rewards.
