Agreed and then only on the third try. The funny thing is this CEO was voted best CEO communicator and received an award just last year. The way they treated this man was truly horrific and the fact it was to accommodate four of their own "Had to get somewhere" vice the doctor who had to be somewhere makes it more so.
If some people had such a hard time with it then why did no one stand up and say they would let the Doctor stay on and give up their seats? Sounds like people thinking only for themselves again. I think the airlines need to stop over booking flights. IF the flight is full stop selling tickets on it. This is a practice that has been going on for quite some time.
Yes, it is a bad practice but the airlines use it because people often miss flights. So, they overbook so they are full as often as possible. That said, how they handled this is just plain wrong. As far as getting up, I think many of them were actually in shock that this was even happening.
