Naming Your Kids - Page 4

Those are great names! When I was expecting my first child, I had chosen Heather Rose and Daniel Dennis. No special significance or family ties or anything, I just liked the names. But my husband didn't like any of the names I picked, and we ended up naming my son after my father, John Richard. ( and yes, we call him J.R :-p )

With my daughter I chose family specific names because I had just finished reading a great family history written by my Aunt. And those names were so beautiful, those women so strong. Suzannah, Eliza, Julia, Mazie, Dora, Zoe, Audrey, Fawn. Great names.

Kids Naming

Thanks FarSeer. I like the name John but spelled Jon.

I picked out my son's name. I was lucky my hubby liked it. He wanted to give him a second middle name of Cain. Luckily I talked him out of it. My hubby must like the names I have picked out. He hasn't complained about them. I guess I'm lucky he is not picky.

Cain? oh nooooo!!!!! everybody will laugh or be scared of the child if he names him Cain. There are so many beautiful names, why to choose the name of a murderer? (with all respect)

My hubby likes wrestling allot. There is a wrestler named Cain. I guess he liked it because of wrestling. Oh, and he also likes the "Highlander" movies. There is a Cain on there to.

I'ma name my kid Mandela in case of a boy, and Bonita if a boy.Mandela is a hero and Bonita means beaautiful , it's Portuguese!

Naming Your Kids

My little one's name is Lilah Patricia. Lilah is from lilac which is my favorite color and I kinda like the sound of it. Her middle name at first was gonna be Sofia just 'cuz it sound good with Lilah but we later change it to Patricia in honor of my mom-in-law.
