Interesting.. But this would turn out to be more of a technical qualification compared to an academic qualification isn't it? although its equivalent to GSCE, will it be accepted into undergraduate academic programmes offered in international universities?

I'm confused as in Malaysia, technical graduate qualifications are not accredited and accepted by the academic universities except for institutions that offers open entry requirement. In other words, qualifications like City & Guilds advance diploma and etc aren't accepted to the degree programmes offers in our university.

I believe the keyword here is "equivalent to" and not "equal to".
