Pregnancy and Disease Gum

Very interesting. Having just had my first baby, I would agree that there is definitely a big link between pregnancy and teeth. Since having my baby I have formed a new cavity and also lost half of a tooth. Although the general theory is that pregnancy effects teeth, it's interesting to hear about it working the opposite way.

Commonly I think this is related to vitamins. Being with child your nutrients and vitamins are being shared if not horded by the child. Thus not just your gums but mutch of your body is making due with less. On that train of thought the child probably has better chance to develope fully if it is getting all the nutrients and vitamins it needs.
