Is it true that the reason we have not been back to the moon again in so many years is because aliens have already warned us not to go there because they have bases on the Moon?

Maybe this is why Obama cut the return to the moon projects. Maybe the Aliens came to the white house and crashed a party, because we all know how lax security it there, and told the President that he had best make sure no more manned space flights made it to the moon.
