Comments: I visited your Chaguanas Branch on 13th Feb 2010, where I was verbally abused by your [..]. This person not only made a huge public scene but also scared my son who is 3 months shy of 4 years. He has no training on customer service and has the most unpleasant attitude.

As of today I have not even gotten a response from your organization regarding this matter. I visited your store again last night with the children since the incident with [..], my child was hesitant to enter the store, he thinks that the guy will quarrel with him again.

How do I as a mother deal with a problem like that? My point is that [..] has NO Customer Service skills and now I have to deal with a traumatized child.

Is this what I am paying a MEMBERSHIP FEE for?
