FBI arrests Orange Park man
A federal grand jury indicted Watkins Wednesday on one count of receipt of child porngraphy - the date listed in court records is Sept. 30. - and one count of possession of child pornography on Oct. 24. The charges were related to child pornography found on computers linked to Watkins, the indictment said. Ref. Source 8
