WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange says he plans to leave the Ecuadorian embassy in London "Soon" After living there for two years to avoid extradition to Sweden.
"I can confirm I am leaving the embassy soon, but not for the reason you might think," Assange said at a news conference Monday.
He did not provide additional details, but said he is suffering from health problems. Ref. CNN

Its amazing that Julian Assange could be at large for so long because of an embassy. Does he have good cable and his own maid service? Snowden escaped, was it because he was smarter than Julian Assange?

Military approves hormone therapy for Chelsea Manning
The Army said Chelsea Manning, who is serving a 35-year sentence for leaking classified documents to WikiLeaks, can receive hormone therapy to help her transition to being a woman. Formerly known as Bradley Manning, she was convicted in 2013. She then said she wanted to be identified as a woman. Ref. USAToday
I am absolutely amazed that the military would approve this. I hope at least that Manning is the one funding it and not tax payers.
