RECIPES: CELEBRATING PASSOVER
The Jews have been celebrating Passover for more than 3,000 years, since Moses
led the children of Israel out of Egypt. The eight-day observance, beginning at
sundown April 16 this year, celebrates the freedom gained when God delivered the
Jews from bondage, and the re-emergence of springtime.
